Indian Wells South Modular Vol.1 WAV
A collection of electronic sounds and analog sounds generated by modular synths.
Italian producer Indian Wells aka Pietro Iannuzzi has introduced himself in 2013 with Night Drops (ìan atmosphere that is as relaxed and pensive as it is melancholyî XLR8R), an album which declinated tennis aesthetic with nocturne electronic sounds. He followed with a sophomore LP, 2015’s Pause (ìMusical goodnessî R$N) – which in turn was remixed by Ital Tek, Vaghe Stelle, Pixelord and Elektro Guzzi – and remixes on Ghostly International, Anjunadeep, Terrible Records and Bastard Jazz. The single Racquets (ìsublimeî Boiler Room) anticipated 2017’s Where The World Ends (ìSoaring euphoriaî Mixmag) album which channeled feelings of geographical, social and political isolation across brooding 80s cosmic synth and meandering drones.
