Inspired by faulty digital hardware, early poorly optimized software synths, aliasing, and clock sync errors, these sounds treat digital imperfection as a deliberate aesthetic choice.

Rather than aiming for traditional “retro” tones, the focus is on the gradual transformation of clean, mathematically precise sound into something murky, unstable, and emotionally rich — where unexpected shapes and tonal illusions begin to emerge.

Built from extensive multisamples of the Moog Matriarch, Nord Rack 2, Alesis Micron, Elektron Monomachine, Elektron Analog Four, and various 90s synth wavetables, DJH pushes Serum 2 beyond its standard limits. Through heavy use of non-linear behaviors and feedback systems, the result is a set of organically playable patches that feel more like instruments than presets.

The German producer and DJ has developed a distinct sonic identity, known for radiant yet melancholic melodies, seismic bass design, and shimmering distortion textures.
